Q:
Is 14 x 11 the largest you make? What is the best image quality JPEG - Tiff ? I sent a TIFF 6.8 MB what your program said it was too blurry...it's actually a blurry photo... It's a shot glass over a fire.
Asked 14 days ago by Patrick E.
A:

The largest we can do is 96x48 or 48x96. To make sure the file will print clearly. Resolution should be at least 150 DPI, colors setup in cmyk values

Q:
I'm trying to make a print with a mission statement that has the same colors as a painting that will hang adjacent to it. What's the best way to match colors from a real object to a digital print?
Asked 2 months ago by Laura
A:

The colors that we use for printing are CMYK. Ideally, we recommend our clients send a print-ready file for all of our products, which will also include the artwork being in the CMYK color space; this way we can follow the artwork as closely as possible to the original design.

Q:
How far are the center of the standoffs from the edge of the print on the top/bottom/sides, and what is the diameter of the standoffs?
Asked 3 months ago by Robert M.
A:

The standard location for the hole drill is 0.5" from the edge of the acrylic signs. Our standoff is a 1/2” brushed anodized aluminum standoff (requiring 3/8” drilled holes).

Q:
Are the images durable in warm humid outdoor (not in sunshine) environments like in Florida?
Asked 3 months ago by Greg
A:

Our acrylic signs are weather-resistant, which means they are perfect for indoor or outdoor use. You may choose the standard 1/8" thick or 1/4" to add durability. Although, for outdoor use, we recommend printed on a "second surface" to protect the print from potential damage.

Q:
I'm having difficulty finding an Acrylic frame w=22" X l=36" as a wall hanging that is $100 or less. Do you have anything like this?
Asked 5 months ago by Jeanette
A:

The current cost for a 22" x 36" 1/8" thick rectangle acrylic sign with 3/8" drilled holes without standoffs is $112.11. If you need the standoffs, it would be $131.95. If you're open to alternatives, please let us know through here: https://www.signs.com/contact/

Q:
How much is shipping to Tempe, AZ 85281. My acrylic will be 47" x 35.5" 1/4" thickness
Asked 6 months ago by Wendy
A:

Estimated shipping for the specs you have mentioned is $324.32 for 2-5 business day transit. This is just an estimated shipping cost. The most accurate shipping will be calculated on the checkout page once the complete address is entered online.

Q:
I want to suspend the acrylic over beams so that the image can be viewed looking up in my entrance area and down as you go up the stairs. Should I ask for printing on one or both sided? What is the largest size that you can print?
Asked 7 months ago by Carol G.
A:

The largest we can do for acrylic photo print is 96x48 or vice versa. If you will put light I would suggest choosing the second surface printing compared to standard printing. As this will look better under a light.

Q:
is it possible to purchase without the second surface?
Asked 7 months ago by Paul
A:

Yes it is possible. Make sure to choose Standard on the Edge option. That option has a matte finish and is standard finishing

Q:
how can we mount a print without having those metal pieces drilled through corners? Is it possible to attach a hanger cradle onto the back, or perhaps frame the print somehow?
Asked 8 months ago by mark
A:
Waiting for response
Q:
How do you hang acrylic prints on the wall?
Asked 8 months ago by Maxie B.
A:

We use stand-off as an accessory to hang acrylic signs. I have attached a link for your reference. You can order this separately or with the acrylic signs when you order online.
