Our biggest box we would put a banner in is 4 x 4 x 96 inches.
The carrying case if for the frame only. The frame is inserted inside the carrying case and the banner is rolled separately and does not have a carrying case for it.
Turnaround time starts after the placement of the order. Order must be paid and the design must be print-ready and placed online by 6 PM on a business day. This will be printed the next business day and you may select what shipping options you want to use depending on your deadline. Printing day is 1 business day online plus shipping days.

Yes, that is possible. There is an option to order just the graphic with pole pockets on the top and bottom, I have attached a link for your reference.
Backdrops are printed on a vinyl material and not on a mesh material. And to answer the second question. Mesh material has a one-side printing option only since the material itself will be see through.
All orders placed (paid and approved) before the cutoff time of 6 PM PST are printed the next business day. Shipping options are then chosen upon checkout and would depend on the number of days you choose online. Feel free to give us your deadline and we can check available option for you to get your prints to you sooner.
