Q:
how long is production time and what would shipping time be - we are in California
Asked 5 months ago by Tom B.
A:

1 business day for production and we have different shipping options available. Standard shipping would take 3-5 business days, and we have expedited online options. This will all vary if the files submitted are print-ready. Please make sure to comply with our file requirements:

The file size must match the order size.

A bleed of .0125 of an inch is required

Colors must be in CMYK color space

The resolution is at least 300dpi

Q:
I have a 10x10 tarp. what size is common for the back drop?
Asked 6 months ago by Louie H.
A:

The standard size that we have for backdrops is 8' x 8'. But, it really depends on the customers' preferences. We also have 9' x 8' and 10' x 8'.

Q:
If I place an order tomorrow with an uploaded design will my delivery arrive Saturday morning. Do you provide overnight service. Thank you
Asked 6 months ago by Adrian
A:

The standard printing turnaround time of most of our products is 1 day printing turnaround time. If we were to choose overnight, as long as there are no file issues, it should be good to print and delivered within an estimate of 2 business days.

Q:
Hi, I need to create a banner that has the ability to change dates and times on the regular for a recurring event at a fair. Would I be able to use dry/erase markers on these?
Asked 6 months ago by Jenny
A:

The Vinyl banner material is not dry-erase. An option to make it editable is to order a reusable decal to make changes to the information you want to change.

Q:
If we have a custom design for the banner, can we just send a picture of what we want, or do you need in a certain format?
Asked 6 months ago by ed
A:

The design needs to be print-ready. The files are set up the way you want us to print them.

Q:
What is the cost of freight for 3. 13oz banners with grommets shipped to 95531
Asked 7 months ago by dpcallahan@aol.com

Shipping is being calculated based on the weight, the location of where it will be shipped, and freight accessorials. I would suggest you call or chat us. So we can get all the details we need in computing the freight shipment cost.

Q:
I'm a graphic designer doing a banner for a client that is 40' x 10' (480" x 120"). Do I upload an image 100% at 75 dpi or 50% size image at 150 dpi? Is the bleed for the image inside or outside of your template?
Asked 7 months ago by Kim H.
A:

I would suggest to upload it in 100% with 75 dpi. And Bleed would be outside of the template.

Q:
I have designed my own banner and would like a recommendation on size. it will be placed on a roadside so it should be legible for folks stopping at a traffic light or slowly rolling by.
Asked 7 months ago by Hillary C.
A:

For roadside banners, the banner should be visible even from a few meters away. Depending on what you will be using it for, any size would do. You may want to start from 3 feet by 6 feet. The maximum height we could accommodate is up to 10 feet.
