Can people sign on the banner? We are looking to have a pledge board for a outreach event and would like attendees to be able to sign their names or place stickers on the pledge board. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. Make sure to use a permanent marker if the participants will be signing on the banner. You can also order stickers from us if you plan to stick stickers on the banner.

Print-ready files should be saved in CMYK format to make sure there will be no conversion issues. All artwork saved in RGB we automatically convert it to CMYK and tend to have color discrepancies after conversion especially to color that are bright and neon.

for a 20' x 3' banner I need to hang it indoors and I'm not allowed to affix anything to the wall. Should I do the sleeve across the top to insert a long pole and then get a stand on each side to hold the whole thing up? Any other ideas?

Putting a sleeve and having a pole inserted is a good idea. Other options are we can order a bungee cord or rope, and you can attach it to any of the poles in your area of placement.

Can I have a full bleed. Or what is the print area of a 8 x 3' banner? thanks

You can definitely upload your artwork in full bleed (.125" on all sides) so we can make sure that no important elements will be compromised during the cutting process, and this would also eliminate the appearance of white hairline along the edges of the final product. The printable area is 8' x 3'.

We do not have the thickness of the material. The 2 materials used in vinyl banners are 13oz and 18oz vinyl material this is the weight or how heavy the material is.

13 oz Standard Vinyl

  • Lasts about 3-5 years outdoors, in temperatures as low as -4°F
  • Superior tear-resistance. Tensile strength: 154.2 x 137lbs/in

18 oz Heavy Duty Vinyl

We do not advise using a washing machine to wash the banners. There is a care portion that we can read on the vinyl banner page which instructs you on how to clean and care for the banners. Below is how we can clean the banners.

Care
To care for your custom banners, regularly clean them with warm water and allow them to air dry before storing. To store your banners, roll them up and keep them in a dry area at room temperature. Any wrinkles on your banners should come out within a couple of hours in the sun or heat. so ensure thatyou store them in places away from direct sunlight.
