How to Use Banner Templates
Signs.com offers free design templates so you can design your own custom banners. You can type on the search bar to find a particular design you like or filter results through the categories found on the left side of the page.
Once you’ve chosen a design, you can click on that template and it will direct you to our online design tool. You can then edit the template by adding text, changing fonts, uploading images and shapes, and customizing the background color. Before saving your work, make sure to click “View Proof” at the bottom toolbar to double-check your design.
When you’re satisfied with your design, click “Save & Continue” to be directed to your cart. Your cart will reflect your order, quantity, and the total price you have to pay. After, you can proceed to checkout to submit your information and have your order processed.

Custom Banners
What will my design look like on mesh vs. vinyl?
Since mesh banners have holes, the print will look less vibrant compared to vinyl. If your design consists mostly of large images and fonts, mesh is a good option. This works especially if you’re hanging the banner outdoors or on a chain-link fence. For more complex designs, we recommend vinyl because this is more vivid and bold.
Will grommets be included with my banner? If so, where do they go?
Grommets are optional when you order custom banners from us. You can choose to add grommets in a specific product page except for retractable banners. Our grommets can be placed on two corners, all four corners, every 12-18 inches, every 18-24 inches, and every 2-3 feet of the banner.
I require a banner of a specific size. Can I order one in a custom size?
No, we don’t offer custom sizes. But you can choose from the list of standard sizes provided in the product pages.
Can I order a double-sided banner?
Yes, but only for select types of banners. Our retractable banners, vinyl banners, and flag banners can be printed on two sides, while our fabric and mesh banners can only be printed on one side.
