Design Service Request

Start by filling out our Request Form. Please provide us with as much detail as you can (written description/images) so we can get started on creating your design right away.

Once you fill out our request form you will be contacted by one of our graphic designers within one to two business days. Though many times a graphic designer will contact you in a matter of hours to get the process started! They will then begin the process of working with you to create your custom design. This is where times can vary, depending on the level of help needed. Most people work with the designer for about 1-2 days to receive their finished design. After your design is completed, all that’s left is to order your sign! And with our one-day turn time you will be receiving your custom-designed sign in no time.

We can create a design for any of the products we offer, ranging from aluminum signs to banners to window decals. To see a full list of the products we offer, visit our home page where there is a full list of our custom signs and prints that we offer.

Logo design is a bit more technical, so we do not offer that at this time. However, we will be more than happy to help refine a logo you provide us. We can also convert your logo into vector format, allowing you to scale it as big as you want without losing any quality.

A vector is a type of graphic that uses mathematical equations to produce an image made from lines and shapes that can be scaled to any size without the loss of quality or fidelity. Vectors are created in illustration software programs, such as Adobe Illustrator. Vectors are the ideal image type for large format printing, due to their ability to scale to large sizes without becoming “pixelated”.

Design services are different than free stock photography. As part of our design services, our talented professional graphic designers can take a sketch to a final design, convert an existing logo to a vector format, and even touch up photos you own.

We also offer stock photography that is accessible on our design tool under the "Art" icon on the left-hand side. You can search a massive library of gorgeous stock photography images that can be used as part of your design. These images are premium and come at an additional cost. You will be notified of this charge when you've added it to your artboard.

We do not re-take any photos on your behalf but we are more than happy to work with photos that you already have to make sure you get the design you're envisioning!

Credit must be used toward the designed product within 30 days of design approval.

After completing the design request for your desired product, you will be directed to the cart and checkout to pay for the design service. Upon payment, a professional designer will be assigned to your project and will reach out to collaborate with you on your design. Once you approve the design, you will be able to proceed to the cart to purchase the final product. The amount paid for the design service will be applied as a credit toward the product price, which will be reflected at checkout. Please note that you have 30 days from design approval to make the purchase and utilize the credit. Additionally, once the design process has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds for the design service.
