You can definitely upload your PDF artwork and set it up using our online design tool, as we will follow your black and white artwork color provided that it's in the CMYK color space. You can definitely upload your artwork in full bleed so we can make sure that no important elements will be compromised during the cutting process.

The photo prints are printed on a semi-gloss or high-gloss photo paper. It does not come with a canvas backing.

Do you do 19 x 9 photo prints that can have 3 photos on it, like a collage?

Absolutely! You may send us a print-ready file for your request. Please make sure that the file size is 19" x 9" with the 3 photos laid out as you want them to be. For the resolution, it should be at least 300 dpi. Lastly, it would be much better that the color space used is in CMYK for us to follow the artwork as closely as possible. Another option would be creating the file using our online free design tool.

We currently print the photo prints on professional photo paper to produce stunning glossy prints for both personal and commercial use. The material we use is slightly thicker than a typical sheet of copy paper. If you want a sturdy material for your photo prints, consider Acrylic Prints.

We only have semi-gloss and high gloss options for the paper we use for photo prints. There is no option for matte paper.

If you'd like the artwork background to be black or white, please add it to your artwork so we can follow it. In case your original artwork is colored and you'd like us to invert the colors, you may let us know so we can help you with the design setup. You may use our online design tool in setting up your design.
