are the stickers UV coated and are they for outdoors?

We have 2 options for the material for stickers. First is the glossy paper material and the other one is the glossy white outdoor film.

Is printing different sizes than your standard size possible for an up-charge? I'm interested in 10" x 3", 5" x 3", and a few other sizes. If so, what would the up-charge be?

Will the outdoor stickers work well for parking permits? I would like to have these applied to tenants windows or bumpers. Will the sticker leave a residue on the vehicle?
